Every year you have been a vampire grants one maximum Blood Charge. Draining a full-sized humanoid grants 1 charge, can be expended for a reroll on any 1d20. If you start as a vampire, you have been afflicted for 1d6-1 years. Ancient vampires will have accrued dozens, if not hundreds of Charges. Shame they are all dead. You know, properly this time.
Starting equipment: Too much eyeliner, stiletto, two copper flasks of blood
Skill (1d3): Seduction, Brooding, Blood God
A Delicious, Immortal, Allergies
B Fangs, Thralls
C Lascivious OR Horrific Visage, Lair
D Transform, Blood Magic
Delicious
You don't need to eat, sleep, drink or breath. 1d6 HP of blood will replace lunch, while 3d6 HP or an entire humanoid counts as sleeping. Going a whole week without feeding requires saves vs. opportunities.
Immortal
You never age naturally, but you do age a year every week you go without drinking. You revert back to your normal age next time you feed properly. What, do you expect to survive this shithole of a dungeon?
Allergies
Stakes, garlic, signs of the Authority and the noonday sun. Agony (-4 to everything) while in view of them, long term exposure has more severe consequences.
Fangs
They finally grow. Count as a dagger, allow for feeding during combat, still a 1/day limit.
Thralls
Feeding someone 1d6 HP of your blood charms them for an hour, gives them your half your Allergies (the same list, but at -2), and is highly addictive. Draining someone fully and then giving them 1d6 of your HP has an [age]-in-10 chance of giving them vampirism.
Lascivious
If you stare into someone's eyes, you can reroll failed persuasion and deception checks.
Horrific Visage
As Fear 1/day. If against a single target, they must save vs. stunned.
Lair
It's huge. If you pick one you've already located in-game, it's yours. Otherwise, it's currently occupied. You can tell if anything or anyone has moved through it, and appear at any point you choose if unobserved. It gets bigger the more occupants you oust.
Transform
Pick a creature that can either fly, swim, burrow, move at x2 your speed or squeeze through small gaps. Each day you can transform into that creature for 1 hour per level. It always has your face.
Blood Magic
You can use 1d6 HP to cast a spell at 1 MD, 2d6 HP if it isn't yours, with a Blood Charge for +1 MD.
