Maintenance page for the work request history records.

The record ID of the current history record.

The work request subject.

The timestamp of the issue update when the history record was created.

Text field for the author of the update.

The descriptive label for the starting state of the issue.

The workflow action taken.

The descriptive label for the ending state of the issue update.

Text note for the record update.

Updates the history record and navigates to the Work Request History page. When all required fields are entered the Submit button is enabled.
