The defect type maintenance form allows the entry and editing of the defect types lookup table. Defect types can be associated with an issue.

The name for the defect type that will be used as an option in the select control when creating a defect type.

The numeric code for the defect.

A text field describing the defect type.

The record ID.

Creates or updates the priority and reloads the datatable. When all required fields are entered the Submit button is enabled.

Cancels or clears the input allowing new records to be entered.

Provides a list of the records in the table using the standard datatable.

Loads the record values in the fields for editing.

Allows the user to confirm and then delete the record.
