The Damage Cause Maintenance page allows the user to maintain the damage cause lookup table records.

The name for the damage cause that will be used as an option in the select control when selecting the damage cause of a work request.

The record ID.

A text field describing the damage cause.

Creates or updates the priority and reloads the datatable. When all required fields are entered the Submit button is enabled.

Cancels or clears the input allowing new records to be entered.

Provides a list of the records in the table using the standard datatable.

Loads the record values in the fields for editing.

Allows the user to confirm and then delete the record.
