Our lab is often used for working with equipment, (group) projects and preparing research studies. In regular day-to-day activities multiple people may work in the various spaces at the same time. However on special occasions the lab rooms may be reserved exclusively, for example while running user studies, project meetings, demo's, etc. During those moments the lab is closed and it is not possible to work there.
This wiki page explains how you can add the lab's calendar to your Office 365 Outlook so you can view the availability and plan your visit more effectively. If you would like to reserve the lab exclusively for your own project, please discuss with the lab team.

Open your Calendar in the desktop Outlook 365 application. Then from the Home menu click ... then + Add ∨ and click From Room List...
Then in the search bar enter Citadel-Room and make sure you have the correct address book selected: All rooms. Then press the arrow button to search: →
The lab consists of multiple rooms H104 , H106, H107, H109, T200. These are indicated with XXXX.
From the search results double-click on item Citadel-Room-XXXX and it will be added to the selection field at the bottom of the screen. You can now click the Ok button.
Finally, in your main Calendar window you can see the lab availability under Shared Calendars.

Login to the Outlook 365 Calendar with your University of Twente account. Then click on Add Calendar.
The lab consists of multiple rooms H104 , H106, H107, H109, T200. These are indicated with XXXX.
Then select option Add from directory and select your account to search from, search for Citadel-Room-XXXX. The dropdown will automatically show the available calendars. Select option Citadel-Room-XXXX [email protected].
Optionally, you can change the folder to which this shared calendar will be added. Then press the Add button.
In your main Calendar window you can now see the lab availability by clicking the shared calendar.
