Observations

• This build failed initially due to the CircleCI user in the prod account having insufficient permissions to deploy RUM for the first time.

• 23:53 - Account-specific terraform deployed to production (with missing permission)
• 23:54 - Build re-started

• 00:04 - Deploy step completes
• 00:18 - Load tests pass
• 00:22 - Read-only smoketests pass
• 00:24 - Wait for color switch step reached and manually approved
• 00:29 - Switched colors
• 00:33 - Cleanup step completes
