kintone Webhookを使って問い合わせ内容を翻訳しよう

Scenario

kintoneの"問い合わせアプリ"にある内容を翻訳して上司にメール送信する。上司は日本語がわからず、日本のお客様の生の声をすぐに知りたいという想定です。 ※こちらの体験でできたアプリを使います

Make a ZAP

Zapier Explore に移動し、Appを追加

Webhook

Choose a Trigger App

Input "Webhook"

Select Webhooks by Zapier Trigger

Catch Hook
Wait for a new POST, PUT, or GET to a Zapier URL.

Set up Webhooks by Zapier Hook

Input this JSON String to "Pick off a Child Key".

Connect Webhooks by Zapier

Copy to Clipboard

問い合わせアプリの"Webhook"

"問い合わせアプリ"の設定 > Webhooks を選択

New Webhook

"Webhook Endpoint" にコピーしたURLを貼り付ける。 ※「https://」が重複するのでこの部分を削除

Settings

Update App をクリックして、設定を反映する。

Edit & Save

レコード編集画面で保存する。

Test Webhooks by Zapier

"Test Successful!"ならOK

Translate

Choose an Action App

Input "Translate"

Select Translate by Zapier Trigger

Translate Text
Translates text you provide into another language. Text is capped at 1000 characters.

Set up Translate by Zapier Text

Gmail

Choose an Action App

Input "Gmail"

Select Gmail Action

Send Email
Create and send a new email message.

Select Gmail Account

Gmailアカウントがある場合には選択し、ない場合には作成する。

Set up Gmail Email

Test Gmail

"Test Successful!"ならOK

Awesome! Your Zap is working.

ZAP name を入れて、OFF → ON に切り替える。
