Scenario

今まで個人に集まっていた問い合わせメールを代表メールにして、受信したらkintoneアプリ（問い合わせアプリ）に登録する。※問い合わせアプリの作り方はこちら

Zapier

Make a ZAP

Zapier Explore に移動し、Appを追加

Gmail

Choose a Trigger App

Input "Gmail"

Select Gmail Trigger

New Email

• Triggers when you receive a new email.

Select Gmail Account

• Connect an Account
• Google Sign in
• Test

Test Gmail

"Test Successful!" > Continue

Kintone

Choose an Action App

Input "kintone" or "Kintone"

Select Kintone Action

Create Record
Creates a new record.

Select Kintone Account

• Connect an Account
• Allow Zapier to access your Kintone Account?

Get a setting information

"問い合わせアプリ"のSettingsを開いて、"API Token" に移動。

1. "Generate" をクリックして、API Tokenを発行
2. kintoneアプリのレコードを登録するので、"Add record" にチェックを入れる
3. "Allow Zapier to access your Kintone Account?" のDomain, Sub Domain, Application ID, API Tokenに設定する
4. 設定後には、"Yes, Continue"をクリックする

Select Kintone Account

Test > Success! > Save + Continue

Set up Kintone Record

kintone field	Gmail
Email	From Email
Title	Subject
Body	Body Plain

Test Kintone

"Test Successful!" > Finish

Awesome! Your Zap is working.

ZAP name を入れて、OFF → ON に切り替える。
