Step 1 The clerk runs the process and should see the request form with fields- requestor name, requestor email address, material number, material description and unit price.

He should then be able to fill in all the field entries and submit the request to the manager.

Step 2: The manager should be able to view all the details entered in the request form by the clerk. He should simply be able to submit the form. This is shown in the following screenshot-
