• Open your point cloud file with CloudCompare
• Select it from the DB Tree list (list of loaded point clouds)
• Click Save icon (or from menu File/Save)
• Select one of the Unity PointCloud plugin supported formats https://github.com/unitycoder/UnityPointCloudViewer/wiki/Import-Formats

Export Settings for Ascii

• You can adjust coordinates precision
• Scalar precision: not used by the plugin
• Separator: Space
• Order: [ASC] point, color, SF(s), normal
• Don't enable the rest: [ ] Columns title, [ ] Number of points, [ ] Save colors as float values
• 
• Optionally you can save as filename.cgo and enable [x] Number of points, to make conversion faster (no need to calculate points first)

Export Settings for .PTS

• For .pts files need to enable that: [x] number of points (separate line)
• 

Export Settings for .LAS

• Can use original resolution (haven't tested other options)
• 

Export Settings for PLY Mesh

• Select ASCII format
