This item introduces a way to get the health boost effect in game; by eating one of these apples, you will gain a stacking health boost effect for 5 minutes. This rare item has a 0.3% chance of dropping when you break oak or dark leaves. Note that fortune does not change the drop chance, and decaying leaves do not drop this item, but if desired, the drop chance can be changed in the settings.
