How to enable speech recognition

Speech recognition is currently available only for Windows. Windows must be configured to enable online speech recognition.

SEE requires that the input speech language (for keyword and grammar input) is set to English (United States). Here is a description on how to set it.

To enable dictation, go to Windows Settings / Privacy / Speech Recognition and enable the switch for online speech recognition.
