Guide on reading and interpreting results - uic-ric/uic-ric.github.io GitHub Wiki
Most projects will include information in several places that describe where the outputs are. These include project reports, file descriptions, and release summaries.
Project reports are typically named report.html or index.html. These can be opened within your browser and provide details on both the data processing steps used in the analysis, and the data qualities and output files.
File descriptions are included under the "Description" tab in the Data Portal. Please reference this text for more information on the format and data included in each file.
Click the link in the "Release" column to get a listing of all files that were released in this batch of results. This page will also include an overall summary at the top, as well as descriptions of each file in the release.
The following are example results from different pipelines and analyses run by the RIC. In each example, please look for report.html files for quantification reports.
- RNA-seq
- Amplicon metagenomics with DADA2
- Shotgun metagenomics
