Now FCU and Odroid are connected with USB to use mavros and QGC at the same time.

USB

You have to set the parameter named "CBRK_USB_CHK" to 197848 in QGroundControl. Because it is not possible to arm a vehicle when you connect them with USB by default.

UART3

Connecting Pixhawk and Odroid via USB can cause problems as pointed in this page. It might be better to connect them with UART3.
