• IMPORTANT: Wynton storage is NOT backed up. If your data are important, do not keep the only copy on Wynton.
• Working-set copies of research data, intermediary data, and results waiting to be transferred back to Gladstone.
• Shared software collections and reference libraries
• Folder layout and their intended purpose:
  • /wynton/group/gladstone/users - Anyone can make a folder with their username to store their personal research data
  • /wynton/group/gladstone/projects - Anyone can make folders here for projects shared between multiple users or labs
  • /wynton/group/gladstone/references - Reference libraries for Cellranger
  • /wynton/group/gladstone/third_party - Common computational software
  • /wynton/group/gladstone/biocore - Bioinformatics Core-maintained containers and Core projects
