Sign templates can be found at Box > Library Shared Folder > Brand Materials > Signage Templates

• All fonts and images are included
• Print signs are Adobe InDesign
• Digital Signage Templates are Adobe XD

Digital Signage

The current rotation (and past ones) are in a Trello board.

Instructions for how to connect to the server to update the digital signage rotation (2019 email from Noah Pal, Systems Administrator)

• The server location is clssignage.ucsf.edu/clssignage/library. On a Mac, from the Finder, click on the Go menu, and choose Connect to Server.
• Drop the ad files into the “Content Feed, Landscape” folder. Everything in this folder will play on all the digital signs, in alphabetical order, for 30 seconds each.
• The file format should be JPG or PNG, sized to 1920x1080, and no greater than 96 dpi.

NOTE Sometimes it's good to follow up with Kirk about any signage kiosk restarts that need to happen (even though he is also on Noah Pal's (sys admin from CLS) mailing list
