Background
We use LibCal to allow people to reserve various spaces. There are multiple places to add descriptions and information, and it can get confusing. This outline with links to detailed instructions will help.
General information for a space
- Each space has several information fields on the General tab of the space's settings — name, use as an event location, friendly URL, and directions.

Space categories

- For some of the more high use spaces, the description has been styled as seen here. To edit, you must use the source code view.
Individual spaces
- Each space has an Image and Description that can be customized to provide users with specific information, for example, describing and showing what is in each study room
