If we want to highlight jobs that are listed in campus systems, they can be manually added with a link providing by the person posting the position. Downside: they must be manually removed when the person hiring lets us know it's time.

For positions that don't live in campus systems, we usually create a news post to publicize, then pull in those posts by tagging them internship or similar, then using that for the query.

Downside: those tags must be manually removed when the person hiring lets us know it's time. That way the dated post will remain, but will no longer pulled into the Jobs page
