Achievements User Guide
Welcome to the user guide for the achievements feature in Chigame! Read the sections below to learn more about achievements and how you can interact with them.
Introduction
The achievements feature in Chigame allows users to earn achievements during gameplay, which are awarded when a user meets a condition.
Here are examples of what achievements in Chigame might look like:
- First Jump - Capture your first piece [Checkers]
- Triple Jump - Capture 3 pieces in a single move [Checkers]
- Wordsmith - Create a word with more than 8 letters [Word Game]
- Lexicographer - Use all 26 letters of the alphabet in a single game [Word Game]
Achievement Features
Rarity
An achievement will have one of the following rarity levels:
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Precious
These rarity levels are reflected in the achievement icons.
Progress
Some achievements require users to complete more than one task, and the user's progress will be reflected in the achievement.
Spoilers
Sometimes an achievement is marked as a spoiler, in which case the achievement will remain hidden until the user earns it.
Completion statistics
Users can also see the percent of achievements they have earned out of all the achievements available in a game.
Achievements on User Profiles
On Chigame, users can show off their achievements on their profiles.
Pinning achievements
Users can pin achievements to the top of their profile.
Filtering achievements
Users can search for specific achievements by achievement and game name.
Users can also filter achievements by the following statuses: unlocked, in progress, and not yet unlocked.
