ERPLAB Studio Overview - ucdavis/erplab GitHub Wiki
ERPLAB Studio is a new way of accessing the same EEGLAB and ERPLAB processing code that we've always used, but with a much more convenient graphical user interface (GUI).
As you can see from the screenshot above, the GUI always shows the current waveforms, and the various processing functions are quickly available in panels along the right side.
The GUI currently has three "tabs" along the top. The ERP tab (shown above) displays the currently loaded ERPset(s)and gives you access to the ERP processing functions. The EEG tab (shown below) displays the currently loaded EEG dataset(s) and gives you access to the all major EEG processing functions (including ICA). There is also Pattern Classification tab for our multivariate pattern classification (decoding) tools and data formats.
The new GUI makes it much easier to access the information you want the way you want it. For example, you can easily plot ICA activations and the corresponding EEG data in the same window (see screenshot below).
ERPLAB Studio is automatically available to you when you download any recent version of ERPLAB. To launch it, just type "estudio" instead of "eeglab" on the Matlab command line.
If you already know how to use the original version of ERPLAB (now called ERPLAB Classic), you can quickly learn how to use ERPLAB Studio by reading our ERPLAB Transition Guide.
If you are new to ERPLAB, you can learn how to use ERPLAB Studio by going through the ERPLAB Studio Tutorial.
There is also a detailed ERPLAB Studio Manual.
