General Operation
This is an overview of the dvmdostem software, showing generally, the inputs and outputs. In addition, you can see that there are several "run stages", each of which will run the model over a series of years, but with different settings. The run stages may be run individually, or in series.
General software stack
This image shows the main software components used in this project. The lighter colored boxes at the top of the stacks represent the software we are writing for this project, and the darker, lower boxes are software libraries, or packages, that we are using to build our software.
