Active

At the moment, the company is actively producing games under its original name.

Merged

The company has been merged with another company, and no longer works in the game industry under its original name. For example, Enix merged with Square in 2003 and became Square Enix.

Defunct

The company no longer exists or is no longer working with video game production. For example, Telltale Games ceased production of games in 2018.

Renamed

The company has been renamed and is currently only active in games' production under their new name.
