Solar lamps - turret001/OffGrid GitHub Wiki

Two lights that carry their own panel and battery. No wiring, no system: they charge in the sun and light up at dusk.

How they behave
- Dusk to dawn. They light when the town's street lights would, and go out at dawn.
- Switched off by hand, a lamp stays off until the next dusk, then lights again.
- The sun fills them. A sunny summer day fills either lamp; a grey week runs them down. Under a roof the panel gets no sun.
- Move them freely. Pick one up and it keeps its charge, its bulb and the bulb's colour.
- Their own power. They never draw on an Off-Grid system, do not show on LOADS and do not glow in the coverage view.
- Check the charge: right-click the lamp, Off-Grid. It shows the charge and what the lamp will do next, for example "Charge 80%. Lights at dusk."
