To export your bodies from Fusion 360 for 3D Printing, simply find the body you want to export, right-click it and select "Save As Mesh".
You should consider the output resolution that you use. For general purposes, you can simply use the built-in "High" refinement option.
However, if you want the best possible print quality, especially if you're using a printing service such as JLCPCB with high-resolution printers then it's recommended that you use the following settings.
Do not upload STEP files for 3D printing as often they will be converted in a low resolution, as shown below.

Recommended Export Settings
- Surface Deviation = 0.004479 mm
- Normal Deviation = 10.000
- Maximum Edge Length = 89.58237 mm
- Aspect Ratio = 21.500
