Releases

3.4.3

This release adds support for Alfresco ACS 7.0.

3.4.2

This release was comprised of bug fixes and updates to allow for greater configurability.

OpenOverlay Improved Configurability with AEVT	When using the AEV Transformer (formerly OAT), OpenOverlay configurations can be overridden by placing an XML file in the repository. Note that this is only available for certain clients and customers of Alfresco PaaS
Manage Content Templates	Administrators can now create content templates in the admin UI
Manage FTL Templates	Administrators can now override FTL templates in the admin UI
Additional OpenContent Override Layer	OpenContent external properties can now be overridden by another AMP file	see here

Effective Date Interval from Attribute	A document's Effective date can now be set based on an attribute automatically upon Approval
Periodic Review Interval from Attribute	A document's periodic review interval can now be set on an attribute rather than always set to 2 years
FTL Template Admin	FTL templates in OpenContent can be overridden in the ACA admin

User Controlled Dashlet Visibility	Users can show or hide certain dashlets based on administrative configuration
Execute Search within Folder	Execute a respository search in a case folder. This is useful in scenarios where there are more documents in the folder than are allowed to come back in the initial query. For example, a folder may only display 2,000 total results. This query allows the user to search across a claim folder that has 10,000 or more documents.
Doc Viewer Properties Pane	Display additional document properties in the doc viewer pane based on configuration
Obsolete and Periodic Review support on Documentum	The policy and Procedure solution on Documentum now contains Obsolete and Periodic Review functionality support
