• Anders Nilsson, Lars Wikström, and Markus Living (TRIONA): openTNF – efficient data exchange in accordance with INSPIRE DS TN Anders Nilsson, Lars Wikström, and Markus Living will present openTNF, an open, efficient, and INSPIRE DS TN-compliant data exchange standard for road, bicycle, and pedestrian networks. Although INSPIRE DS TN has been available for many years, transport network data is only available for a few regions in Europe, and is particularly rare at the local level. The Geopackage-based, INSPIRE DS TN-compliant openTNF standard is successfully used in Norway and Sweden for data exchange between municipalities and government agencies, enabling the publication of an integrated, nationwide road network. Anders Nilsson, Lars Wikström, and Markus Living will present the complexity of INSPIRE DS TN publication in the past and explain how openTNF enables compliance with EU regulations AND provides a data exchange mechanism that works in practice.
