This error is displayed if you copy an older version of Trakttv.bundle into the plex Plug-ins directory without first deleting the existing Trakttv.bundle folder.

When you don't delete the existing Trakttv.bundle folder first, files will be leftover that can conflict with previous versions of the plugin.

1. Stop Plex Media Server
2. Delete the Trakttv.bundle plugin from your plex Plug-ins directory
3. Download/Install a clean version of the plugin from https://github.com/trakt/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler
4. Start Plex Media Server

If you are on the beta branch make sure that the plugin has been uninstalled from "Unsupported Appstore" first, otherwise you will continue receiving "updates" from the master/stable branch.
