1. Why are watched/rated videos not being imported into Plex?

Run a "Pull" sync

"Full" and "Quick Pull" syncs only imports changes to your Trakt.tv profile, run a "Pull" sync instead to import everything from your profile.

Ensure you are using a supported metadata agent listed here.

2. Why are watched/rated videos not being exported to my Trakt.tv profile?

Check filters

Ensure the Global Filter - Libraries option isn't excluding your library from syncs.

3. Why do syncs fail with a "..." message?
