Level 0 - Bare OS

This is the basic operating system.

Level 1 - OS + pre-requisites

Java, Nodejs, Imagemagick, etc

Level 2 - Blank ToolTwist server

With user tooltwist user account, FIP and Tomcat installed. Ready to receive deployments over FIP.

Level 3 - Preloaded ToolTwist Server

This is a blank server, with the ttdemo files pre-installed under server/tomcat/webapps/ttsvr.

Most of these files will be deleted by FIP on the first install of the target webapp, but this prevents the need to transfer the standard ToolTwist files.

Level 4 - Application Server

This is a server with an actual application Installed.
