Vulcain C is the smallest of the "Vulcains" (except for Carmen, which is not entirely part of the Vulcain family). It's based on a cluster of 4 Diamant B first stage fuel tanks. Such "cluster-of-four" architectures will be seen on every Vulcain rocket.
