The Bacchus, or Super Vulcain, is way more powerful than any previous version of Vulcain. It reuses the "Cluster-Of-Four" thing, but at a whole new scale: the cluster is built with 4 Carmen first stages, and then someone strapped an entire Carmen on top of that. As a result, you get a quite impressive rocket !
