Ariane 5SH is the ultimate loss of both sanity and decency, the pure Kerbal mind, savagely applied to Ariane 5. It's unclear how heavy it would have been, or how much it could have sent into orbit, but it's enough to be scared by the scale of that rocket. The 5SH (probably 5 Super Heavy) is actually widely different from the Ariane 5 you may know: the first stage uses 5 main engines and 6 side boosters, and the upper stage require 2 high thrust engines. With such a configuration, it's easy to see why the fairing was enlarged. It's hard to believe that someone at Ariane actually proposed to develop such a beast.

While you were inspecting the rocket, you found something written on the first stage engine plate: "...Run...". After deliberation with the chief engineer and the company's CEO, you agreed that it has to do with the "Green Run" campain that the rocket went through, even though you began to be worried about this Indiand burial ground that creepy old guy warned you about...
