Ariane 1

Ariane 1 was born on Christmas Eve, 1979, and marked the beginning of the European Ariane rocket family. It will launch 11 times from the ELA-1 launch pad at Kourou, French Guiana, and failed twice. It will be the base core on which Ariane 2, 3 and 4 will be built.

L3S

In 1972, two CNES engineers proposed a launcher to replace Europa 3, the E3S, for Europa 3 de Substitution. The first stage of the E3S is identical to the one from Europa 3, but instead of a big cryogenic second stage, two small stages will put the payload into orbit. Only the third is cryogenic, and it is powered by a HM6 engine. In 1973, the HM6 is replaced by a HM7. When the project is presented to the French government, the launcher is renamed L3S, Lanceur de Substitution de 3e géneration, the name Europa wasn't great for a national project. Later this year, the project is adopted by ESA and receive its final name, Ariane.

In KNES, you can make the L3S with its original colors. All you need to do is follow the build guide for Ariane 1 and choose the grey variant for the tanks.
