Click Tools, Click Builds

You will see a table with cities and clickable coords across the top columns. Wall defenses, buildings, fields, and guardians are listed in rows for each city. A table for research levels is listed down on the bottom.

A check box to show missing requirements for items is located in the upper left of the window.
