Rules Clarifications
- Mine revenue is paid directly to the corporation or company and is not factored into revenue.
- It is legal to backtrack along routes to place a token.
- A corporation may voluntarily enter emergency money raising to buy a train from another corporation, at any price.
Implementation Notes
- The rules are based on the All-Aboard Games publication.
- The bankruptcy rules are underspecified in the official rules. This implementation adds supplemental rules, which have been approved by All-Aboard Games:
- The bankrupt player's Mountain Railways are closed immediately.
- The bankrupt player's Coal companies are exchanged immediately (following mandatory rules).
- The bankrupt player's minors are merged immediately, even if the National hasn't formed yet.
- Exception: UG1 and UG3 will not merge if the other shareholder is still in the game. They become the director.
- Corporations without a director do not lay track or place tokens. They only run, withhold, and buy a train if they do not have one.
