Implementation Notes

By default, when a company's shares are in the "brown zone", players are only able to buy multiple shares of that company in one action from the Market, and not the IPO.

Enable the "Buy Multiple Brown Shares From IPO" variant when creating a game to enable buying multiple shares from the IPO as well as the Market in one action.
