The files are organized as follows. The Latest folder contains the most recently produced (last 4 days) analyses and forecasts. The Archive/Operational folder contains the analyses and forecasts that were produced operationally at the time. The Archive/Rerun version 1 folder contains analyses for Autumn 2013 to Winter 2018. The Archive/Rerun version 2 folder a recently rerun of analyses for Autumn 2013 to Spring 2020.

Filenames are organized as follows:

• MET post-processed products
  • Latest Real-time updates and most recent data (latest 4 days). Directory structure:
    • met_analysis_1_0km_nordic_latest.nc
    • met_analysis_1_0km_nordic_<_timestamp_>.nc
    • met_forecast_1_0km_nordic_latest.nc
    • met_forecast_1_0km_nordic_<_timestamp_>.nc
  • Archive
    • Operational Real-time products are moved into this directory after 4 days
      • <year>/ <month> / <day> / met_analysis_1_0km_nordic_<timestamp>.nc
      • <year>/ <month> / <day> / met_forecast_1_0km_nordic_<timestamp>.nc
    • Rerun_version_2 Most recent re-run of past periods. The methods used might not coincide with the current operational methods (i.e. files in Latest and Archive directories might differ from the files in this directory).
      • <year>/ <month> / <day> / met_analysis_1_0km_nordic_<timestamp>.nc
    • Rerun_version_1 Old re-run of past periods. The methods used might not coincide with the current operational methods (i.e. files in Latest and Archive directories might differ from the files in this directory). Analyses for every hour are stored, however only the 06Z run of the forecast is stored.

      • <year>/ <month> / <day> / met_forecast_1_0km_nordic_<timestamp>.nc

timestamp = <year><month><day>T<hour>Z (UTC or Zulu Time Zone)
