I found a couple of web camera holders available. However, those holders either required an exotic materiel or were clumsy.
The V400-Camera-arm-v2.stl file can be printed in PLA filament and can handle several types of web camera mountings. The V400-Camera-arm-v3.stl file is for those webcams which need the cam unit to be farther away from the build plate.
When selecting the Infill Pattern in your slicer software, use either triangle or gyroid. Use 33% infill.
To attach the support arm to the printer column, hook the stubby peg nearest the handle into the column space. Then snap the stubby peg at the end of the arc into the opposite space (other side of the column). The web camera arm should grip the column firmly.
To re-locate the arm, simply pull the handle away from the column until the peg clears the column space. Then select a new location for the arm on the column and snap the holder into the column.
