FromOverview
The instructions from phnxdrgn536 have you download a STL model to print and then measure the printed model.
size_calibration_v2.ods & size_calibration_v2.xlsx have the same content. Use either spreadsheet. Version 2 includes the extra commands for the procedure.
size_calibration.pdf is a copy of the phnxdrgn536 repository instructions. The repository page does not image well on a dark background. So the PDF file (same information) makes it easier to follow along. And you can print a copy if you need it.
If your V400 printer is in a different location from your computer, print page 1 of the spreadsheet and take it with you when you do the measurements. Jot down each measurement in the appropriate box. When you get back to your computer, transfer the numbers into the same boxes of the spreadsheet.
Once all the numbers are plugged into the spreadsheet, page 2 will create the commands needed by the procedure. Simply copy / paste the commands into the console per the instructions from phnxdrgn536.
Hint: If a measurement happens to come out exactly #.00 (like 9.00 as an example), add a 1 after the double zero (9.00 -> 9.001) when entering the number. After pasting the command into the console and BEFORE sending the command, use the arrow keys and backspace to remove the extra digit.
And per the instructions from phnxdrgn536, re-run the bed mesh calibration with the print bed at room temperature. << UPDATE: read the Calibration Tips page of this wiki before doing the bed mesh calibration.
