Save Layout is a way to save and name the actual Layout.

Load Layout allows you to load and display a previously saved Layout from the list

Delete Layout allows you to delete a previously saved Layout from the list

the other click buttons are self explained, nevertheless you may notice that the Cover click button allows to display the Album cover on the left side of the main display, like shown on this page... if you click on this cover it will be shown full screen

if you click on this full screen cover you come back to the main display
