Zotero is an open source bibliographic management program used by scholars andd others to organize references and create bibliographies. Zotero can import RIS, BibTeX, and MARCXML files. See their overview of supported formats.

A recently-developed Zotero plugin by the name of Cita is adding Zotero support for Wikidata-conformant citations metadata.

Cita adds citations (i.e., what other items an item cites) metadata support to this open source reference management software, using cites work (P2860) information available from Wikidata, and enabling users to easily contribute missing data.
