The roles and responsibilities on a small-scale project like ours will shift throughout the lifecycle of the project. That said, It's always useful to have individuals that are responsible for features and aspects of the game so that we know who to ask/talk/assign things to during production. It's also useful to take inventory of everyone's communal skills so that If you need help with something you know who you can ask. Below are the active roles of each team member.
