The graphical Menu Manager is available for Windows 3.1/3.11 users. It shows your menu in a hierarchical list. You can easily move items up and down, remove items from the menu, as well as edit and add new items — just use the corresponding buttons.

Double click to expand/collapse folders.

With the Browse... button, you can select an alternative .MNU menu file to use.
