Font Persistence TSR

Font persistence is provided by a separate utility (!FONT.COM).

This means that a selected EGA/VGA font in Launch! Configuration will remain applied after screen mode changes by other programs.

Its configuration is specified in LAUNCH.CFG, and its startup at boot is controlled by the Startup Helper.

You can select a font and enable/disable the !FONT.COM TSR in Launch! Configuration > Font by checking/unchecking 'Persist'.

The font TSR utility can be removed from memory with !FONT /UNLOAD.
