The game runs well under Linux with Proton.

In order to get the game running under Linux:

• Download it from Steam
• Go to the games install and open the firefall.ini
• Add

[UI]
PlayIntroMovie = false;

• Now you need to patch the exe with one that has the redhanded patched out
• • (You can get this by running arc porter and getting the exe it puts out)
• Now in Steam right click on the game, Properties > General > Launch Options _NO_DEBUG_HEAP=1 OMP_WAIT_POLICY=PASSIVE %command%
• Launch the game :>
