This step-by-step guide explains how to apply your company brand to your Coaching Center and underlying Teams Dashboards and Team Reports. This is only available on our "Enterprise"-plan. It is helpful in large organizations because it brands Columinity in a style familiar to teams and increases trust and recognizability. It is useful for consulting agencies because it allows them to extend their professional offerings with Columinity.

What can be branded?

A branded start page of the questionnaire that team members, stakeholders, and supporters participate in: image

Additionally, the following can be branded:

  • Use a custom domain name instead of *.columinity.com.
  • Emails sent by Columinity are also branded with your logo and colors.
  • Change Columinity to something else, like "MyCompany Team Scan". This affects most - not all - occurrences of Columinity in the text.
  • Apply your company branding also to all facilitation guides offered in Columinity. This is a paid add-on for our "Enterprise"-plan. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

1. Apply branding

  1. Go to https://coachingcenter.columinity.com.
  2. Log in with your account.
  3. Click "Branding" in the sidebar.
  4. Update the name of this agency or coaching center.
  5. Update the email address displayed for inquiries (from us or Columinity, this is not currently shown).
  6. Update the email address displayed for support requests (currently not in use).
  7. Set the URL of your company. This is shown in the footers of the various environments.
  8. Choose a name for the platform. This defaults to 'Columinity', but can be set to something else. The platform name is used in the Team Report, Teams Dashboard, Questionnaire, and Coaching Center. It is also shown in emails. Facilitation guides are only branded if the paid-on for it is acquired on top of your "Enterprise"-plan (contact us for more information). Some occurrences of Columinity, like in this Wiki, are not replaced.
  9. Choose a custom domain (see below).

2. Setting a custom domain

It is possible to provide a custom domain (also a 'vanity domain'). This allows users to come in through your custom domain. Columinity also uses your custom domain where possible. For example, the Coaching Center would be available under coachingcenter.yourdomain.com instead of coachingcenter.columinity.com.

To set a custom domain:

  1. First, please ensure you own the custom domain and access to its DNS settings.
  2. Follow the instructions in the screenshot, but replace 'yourdomain.com' with the actual custom domain.
  3. Click "Save" when ready.

⚠️ Changes to the custom domain may disrupt users accessing the platform. We recommend changing the custom domain only when the platform is not actively accessed. Use at your own risk. ⚠️
