Hardened browsers are known to cause issues! Please use Disphone with vanilla Firefox or Chrome.

[!IMPORTANT]
Normal SIP credentials (like used with microsip and most other softphones) will not work with Disphone!

Contact your PBX Administrator to set you up with a WebRTC extension. Instructions on setting up WebRTC extensions can be found here.
