Release

• https://github.com/telerik/kendo-themes/actions/workflows/publish_npm.yml - triggers a dev version release from the develop branch of the themes.

CI/CD

• https://github.com/telerik/kendo-themes/actions/workflows/ci_develop.yml - ensures that any new change passes the CI/CD criteria
