🧠 How Humans Learn
Humans learn by observing, experiencing, and practicing.
This process strengthens neural connections in the brain, which allows for memory, understanding, and skill development.
Learning involves forming connections in the brain—called neural pathways—which get stronger with repetition and feedback. It can be intentional (like studying) or unintentional (like learning from mistakes).
🔑 Key Components of Human Learning:
- Sensation & Perception: Gathering data through senses and making sense of it.
- Attention: Directing focus to what matters for learning.
- Memory: Retaining and recalling past knowledge.
- Cognition: Processing information, reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Motivation: Personal drive or goals that influence how well we learn.
