Acquisition56b: different failures rather than row multiplication

한국어 · Observed56a result · Golden-set scale

Candidate review only: zero new contracts, independent groups, labels or training eligibility are confirmed. Preserve56a's48 requests,11 groups, zero fits and the existing minimum15. The objective is source/behavior diversity and unseen failure modes, not barely filling15 groups.

Typed truth first

The current finite []int → []int contract handles negation, integer boundaries and order but cannot adequately express state, errors and ownership. Separate (value, error identity, before/after state, call events, input mutations). Expected literals must remain independent of candidate functions. Use ordinary Go values and virtual clocks/events without networks, real-time assumptions or private company data.

Independently verify that complete candidate meaning fits512 bytes and32 normalized words. If it cannot, mark unknown/excluded instead of summarizing, generating teacher labels or guessing. A larger budget needs a new schema, plan and equal-condition comparison. Check failures do not become negative truth.

Six original candidates

Behavior Independent observations and new failure mode
Atomic parse updates Valid input commits; a late invalid byte yields error, zero result and unchanged destination. Detect partial commit
Wrapped error identity Find direct/multiple wrapped causes; reject a different error with identical text. Distinguish textual similarity from identity
Owned snapshots Mutate original and result separately; the opposite side remains unchanged. Detect delayed aliasing despite initially equal output
Cancellation/lifetime order Pre-cancellation acquires zero resources; post-acquisition failure cleans once; freeze success/failure event traces
Quoted/escaped delimiters Literal token/error vectors for delimiters inside quotes, empty fields and trailing escapes. Distinguish context-aware parsing from split
Cycles versus shared DAG Reject ancestor back-edges while allowing shared children; check error paths and source immutability

Audit shared staged-commit, error-cause, ownership, lifecycle, lexical-state and graph cores. Join new lexical-state with prefix-balance if actual code structure is shared. Six candidates are not presumed to be six independent groups.

Public sources are a later step

Review candidates from the historical120-source survey53. No new external file/license copies or execution-eligible contracts are created here.

Pinned source candidate Required before adoption
pflag snapshot Bidirectional mutation isolation while preserving existing shared getter. Recheck oracle/mutants, std-only closure and BSD notices; likely joins authored snapshot group
mapstructure hook error causes Preserve failed causes and stop calls after first success. Verify MIT, dependency closure and original Go1.18 versus errors.Join's Go1.20+ scope; joins error core
INI quoted comments #/; inside quotes remain values, outside become comments, unclosed input errors. Existing supported options are not new gaps. Recheck Apache2/copied-source/external-test closure
retryablehttp wrapped TLS errors Classify direct/multiply wrapped certificate errors as equivalent permanent failure. MPL2 file notices/dependencies make this later priority; authored errors avoid real TLS

Do not count mapstructure typed-nil hooks as a new implementation gap. First verify existing composition's typed-nil preservation; it may serve as a behavioral regression probe. Preserve historical source status, original license bytes, fixed revisions and module identities.

Sequence and gates

  1. Prepare typed truth and wrong controls for original atomic updates, error identity and snapshots.
  2. Independently review source, ownership, conditions and language fidelity; transitively join all parent, negative, copy and core relationships. Publish shared-author limits.
  3. Seal separate pflag rights, compile closure, request, oracle and mutant pins. Resolve hook/INI/TLS concerns before preparing them.
  4. Report actual groups, sizes and family/language/shape concentration; keep acquiring if insufficient. Minimum15 is not statistical independence or deployment eligibility.
  5. Seal roles, every control, oracle bound and time/RSS/storage budgets in a new execution plan. Prepare CI and continue within existing user authorization; never change primary or gates after outcomes.

Retain the proposal of at most8 fits and16 total derived artifacts, FP32 primary, ternary sibling and INT8/PTQ children. No new training execution plan exists yet. Independently acquire at least2,400 distinct final requests per domain without reusing protected final or CoSQA reserves. This document is not quality evidence for HF weight publication or production activation.
